Hello All,

Currently, I'm using UltraLite Version: 11.0.6.3141 to create 2D Barcode.

1. How to add 2D Barcode by using ISO/IEC 15434 Format "06" (Using ANSI MH10.8.2 Data Identifiers)  ? I can't find the ISO/IEC 15434 format under Text Encoder.

2. How to add characters like  <EOT>,<GS>,<RS>?

Thanks in advance

I dont know this spec nor what is and what isnt included in the Ultralite versions but I believe for the 06 you need to use the Prefix 06 Macro.

The Control characters like <EOT> etc can also be added from here

Hi Pete Thane,

Got it. Thanks!

How can i create & share a serialized data source between multiple documents? Are there other options besides "global data fields"?

Regards,

Nicolas

Not easily.

The only other way you could achieve this would be to read in the number using VB, from say a Text file, when you go to print the label, BarTender then increments the number and then more VB writes the new out to the same file.

Each label would have to have this same routine built into it and all linking to the same text file.

May I ask, can create new AI?

Is this connected to the original post or are you trying to create a GS1 symbol in which case the AI's are already there (unless you are using a very old version of BarTender)
