Bartender 2021 R6 silent install command line not working as expected
We are deploying Bartender 2021 R6 via a command line that looks like this (PKC obfuscated for posting):
BT2021_R6_168664_Full_x64.exe" /exenoui FEATURE=BarTender BLS=bt-license-svr PKC=W***-L***-5***-L*** INSTALLSQL=false (PKC obfuscated for posting)
All features are installed, although we only request "Bartender", including the Licensing Service which we are already are running on a networked Server (BLS=DNS name) and SQL Express is installed, which we want to prevent with "INSTALLSQL=false" as we use a full SQL instance elsewhere.
Is there no way to focus this install to just what we want on the user's PC?

The only available options for silent installation are outlined in this article:
The command "Feature=BarTender" installs all suite apps; unlike in previous versions, you cannot pick and choose which features you'd like to remove. To expand on this, we know that this was a much-liked feature from previous versions of BarTender, so we've had a case opened with the dev team to bring it back.

What about SQL Express? It's documented to use INSTALLSQL=false, but it still gets installed.

We are also trying to build the smallest possible install footprint, as our application only need to be able to use the Print API and don't even need BarTender Designer. The BT2021 silent install command line need better granularity. If there is a smaller installer available or if there is a guide to reduce the footprint to something reasonable, it would be very much appreciated.
Bartender 2016 : 96 MB (BarTender Designer included)
Bartender 2021: a massive 1,87 GB
- 200 MB Language (we only use english)
- 800 MB SDK (only for development, and not needed)
- And all these tools...

I agree this is way too much stuff for a PC that just needs to print labels. Why is there no Print Station only Install?

Print Station requires BarTender Designer as the engine behind it and Admin Console to be able to access the licence at the very least
