Bartender 21 crash som Follow

We are using Bartender Designer version 2021 R6.

We have a network share where we store the BTW/Bartender files.

It sometimes happens that when we open a Bartender file through the Windows share the Bartender application opens but then closes immediately. If we restart the computer/WIndows, the problem goes away for a while, but always comes back.

I see the following error messages appear in the Windows log

Is there a resolution to this as I am having a similar issue.

As per the response from Al above it looks like you probably need to contact your regional Seagull Tech Support team direct to help with this
