I am guessing the printer starts to reprint the 1st label after the inter label gap as the sensor will pick up the gap and think a new label is starting

Unless you start using the correct label stock, I believe you will need to create the label with two templates, printing the first 6" label on template 1 and the rest on template 2. You can add a second template via the button highlighted below

    Hi Sir,

Our clients have designs that span over 1 template

I don't know how to print like that

You need to add the contents of the bottom half of the label onto a separate template with the label.

Here is a dummy label I mocked up set to 80mm wide by 104mm high (50mm high for each plus allowed 4mm for the gap)

To adjust this to make a label with 2 80mm x 50mm high labels the process would be

    1. Go to your page setup and adjust the 50mm high and click OK

    2. When prompted to automatically scale the label fields click no.

    3. Now create a 2nd label template by clicking on the ringed button.

    4. Click back onto Template1 via the tab at the bottom and then select and cut the fields on the bottom half of the full template

    5. Click onto the Template2 tab and then paste the fields on the 2nd template and position them as required.

Save your label and now print one and you should get something like this with both labels printed on after the other

    Hi Sir,

The other day, I also thought of the plan as you instructed and tested it, but it still didn't work.
Let me double check with zebra ZT230 300dpi(test).
After that, I will try to adjust the client's template (because the data is imported from 3rd party software, along with the fact that printers of avery AP5.4 and intermec PM43 do not need to be customized as instructed by us. The template is applied to a lot of group companies, so I'm not trying to create a new one, but I'm looking for some way to print it without having to edit the client's template.
