Label print size from Print portal is too short but prints fine from Designer 2021 R6

New to Bartender Enterprise 2021 R6.

I'm using the GS1-128 shipping\Pallet_Portrait GS1 shipping label template that comes with 2021 bartender designer.

Thing is that when I print this label from print portal via client printing it only prints the top 2 inches of the 4x6 label.

If I print it directly from Designer it comes out full length as expected.

From the printer queue I can see that under preferences and on the page setup tab of the seagull driver that the stock is set to user (3.99 in x 2.00 in), but I can't get that to save as a different value.

Any things I should be check on to see why this stops printing after 2 inches?

I have a feeling that I'm going to use an integration with this template to help make data collection easier, but haven't tested printing it yet with that method.

  Could you tell us what printer drivers are you using to print this template? Are these Drivers By Seagull™? If not, we would recommend downloading our Drivers by Seagull™ for your printer, as not having these installed could be the reason why we are experiencing this issue.

  I figured out that I had the incorrect model driver assigned between a ZT410 (203p) and a ZT411 (203p). that apparently was enough for it to not let me set the media size on the queue and only print out 4x2.

  I have since verified the model used and matched the correct driver for each queue and have set the default print size to 4 x 6 as I do have the opportunity to have more than just 4 x 2 printed on my printers but 4 x 2 is the standard we use.
