Are you using Drivers by Seagull™ for this printer? If so, what version are you using? What BarTender program are you using in order to print? Is this BarTender Designer? An Integration or another companion app? What BarTender version and service release are you currently using? You can find this information in the "Help > About" tab on BarTender Designer's upper menu. I am using the latest driver, which I downloaded here: https://www.seagullscientific.com/downloads/printer-drivers/datamax-oneil-e-4205a-mark-iii/ Printing works in and of itself, but the printing strength is too weak. I want to increase the Print Head Temperature. The problem is that every time I try to open Printer Settings, it closes immediately. I have tried to reinstall the driver several times, but no change. Do you have any experience with this sort of problem? I do not have BarTender installed. It works when I try to open it with an account with Full Admin, but other printers (tested the same with a Brother printer) works with both users. 0 Peter Thane ★ BarTender Hero ★ November 17, 2021 12:29 Comment actions Permalink That would suggest there is some form of permissions issue with the driver and so you may want to try allowing "Everyone" the rights to Manage the Printer and Documents in the Printer Properties>Security tab when logged in under an admin account.
