Using allergen labels and exceptions Follow
Hi,
I'm wondering if someone could help me with an issue I'm having with allergens and exceptions. I was getting on pretty well with it until I arrived at goats' cheese. No matter how I phrase the allergen (oat still needs to be in 'bold'/recognised as an allergen of course), or the exceptions (I've tried: goat, goats, goats', goats' ,[last one with a gap]), the allergen still reads goats on the label.
Can anyone help with this?

Hello Anna,
Could you upload what you already have?
It could help us as a point of reference to where it went wrong.
Thanks,
These show what I have in the allergen and exception boxes. I'm not an expert at Bartender and try to muddle my way along, so let me know if you think you need different information to help!
Hi Anna,
The Exceptions information looks to be correct to me and the issue could be with the contents of the ingredients field and so maybe worth checking the database and ingredients declaration in there to check what the goat/goats is set out in there.
Here are some screenshots for my quick tests
