Support Never Answers the Phone Follow


So far the support for the purchased product is horrible.

We are sorry to hear your experience with us has been poor so far. There is also a call-back function you can make use of, which prevents waiting in the queue. We've also been looking at the call logs and it doesn't seem that hold-times were long for any of the calls we've received around that time frame. We would love to hear more details on the technical difficulties you had reaching us.
