Document properties not changeable Follow

I have noticed it twice on the same customer computer.
First, it was with TEC SA4 printer and now when the printer was exchanged to Toshiba BA410 the same issue popped up.
It is not taking the printing preferences from the computer and it is not editable. When the file was resaved on another computer it worked.
What can cause this issue?

It sounds like it could be user permissions for the driver in Control Panel

I was able to change settings on control panel of the win10.

But I have to double check that.
