BarTender System Service and Seagull License Server failed to start

    Hello Dan,

    Thank you for reaching us via our Community Forums.

    In order to properly advise you on the nature and cause of this issue, could you provide us with the following information?

    1. What BarTender Edition, Version, and Service Release of the software are you running? You can find this information in BarTender Designer's "Help > About" tab.

    2. Are there any symptoms associated with this error? Any error codes popping up? Or are operations being conducted as normal?

    3. Have you tried restarting the Seagull License Server? If not, could you do so and monitor the issue? 

    4. Lastly, and regarding the TCP Library V3 warning, would it be possible for you to attach the full warning message? Does it involve the Maestro.Service.exe?

    With this information at hand, we should be able to better pinpoint the cause of it and advise you better.
