    This is indeed uncommon behavior. As per default, the SNMP Status is disabled, and BarTender would not need to use it to function as expected:



    Perhaps it would be best if you opened a ticket with us, as we would need to go a little in-depth into your setup, environment, and logs in order to find what the issue is. Without those, troubleshooting wouldn't be a viable option.

    Hi,

    Switching SNMP off on both the printer and server (under ports) BarTender is able to print.

    Thanks for your response, this is now resolved.
