How to add additional licenses to Account Portal? Follow


I used to be able to associate licenses to my account at, but I cannot find the link to do it anymore. I am working on centralizing all of our licenses that were purchased randomly by various employees instead of following procedure and having IT make the purchase.

Thank you for reaching us via our Community Forums.

As this is an issue related to the accounts portal, it would need to go through our regular support channels (you might also want to reach our Sales Department). If you have a Maintenance & Support agreement active with us, then you can reach us via web-form, chat, or phone. If not, we still have some regular support channels available to you.

In order to access support, go to our Get Support page and enter your Support Number, this will automatically check your support status and provide you with links to your available lines of support. Also, please be sure to have your BarTender Support Numbers with you ready when you reach us as our technicians will have to check on your license and see what the status is from our side.

Hopefully, our Technical Support team can help you get all these licenses under the same account.
