Deactivate License Follow

The PC housing our bartender software died and I'm trying to reinstall on a new PC. It is V10.1 and I don't have paid support.

I get an 'activation error denied' message as the product key is still activated on the non bootable PC

I simply need the code deactivated so I can continue to use the software.

Where do I go for help? The local Australian Reseller points me to the support page but I don't have a Support Number.

Welcome to the Community Forums!

In case you don't have your Support Number with you, and given the nature of the issue, you can always open a ticket with us without the need of inputting your Support Number. In order to access support, go to our Get Support page and directly click on the web-form box, this will take you to the form from which you can reach our technicians:



You should be able to send the form without attaching your Product Key Code or Support Number, still, in the unlikely scenario you run into any issues when trying to open a ticket via web-form, please let us know and we can discuss our options from there.
