    We would appreciate it if you could take a moment to answer a few questions so we can properly asses the issue and offer you more dedicated actions:

    1. What printer models are you using in your current environment?

    2. Are you using Drivers by Seagull™, the printer manufacturer drivers, or other 3rd party printer drivers?
      • If you're using tour dedicated printer drivers, could you tell us which version?

    3. How are the printers connected to your workstations(i.e. USB)?

    4. Are your BarTender labels configured to print information from a database?
      • If so, what database type is being used?

    5. What BarTender version and edition are you currently using?
