BarTender 2016 updating Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012

Hello,

 

I have installed BarTender 2016 R9 and I would like to know if it is possible to install Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012 Service Pack 4 instead of SP1 (it seems to me that SP1 is installed).

Is there any risk of BarTender not working properly when updating the version?

  BarTender 2016 R9 can use Microsoft®'s  SQL Server® 2012 Service Pack 4 without any issues.
  
  

  As you can see in the screenshot above, our BarTender 2016 versions support SQL Server 2005 or higher. If you have any further questions regarding system requirements, you can review BarTender 2016's System Requirements here.

  Thanks for your reply.

  I was afraid that by installing this version I would have to redo the settings or reinstall BarTender.

  I will be able to tell the customer that he can update the Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012.
