Test on Email Server not working
Upon setting the email server in the BarTender Administration Console, the Test is not working - no result.
The Messages field displays the success or failure messages that are related to the test.

Does the Administration Console or the Windows Event Log display any error messages related to the test? If so, could you attach said error messages?
Also, do you have any Firewalls or Antivirus applications running in your BarTender environment? We would recommend you temporarily disable these and then test the email servers again.
