Some labels print fine. Others cause no ribbon error.
I have a database referencing label template from a customer that they have been printing via bartender designer pro 2017 for years and after setting them up on another Computer (The previous one is dead) I cannot seem to get it to print. I can print other labels I make from scratch without issues but the old template causes a no ribbon error.
Does anyone have any idea what I should check to find the cause of this? It has to be something in this old label.

This could be a driver issue; could you tell us what drivers are you using? Are these Drivers by Seagull™? If not, we would recommend installing our drivers and checking if this has any effect on the old templates.

Other than that, do these labels open without any issues in the new workstation?
