Disable PDF Auto Crop

Hi. I'm using BarTender Designer 2016 R9 11.0.9.3160 (32-bit).

How can I import a PDF file as it is, without it automatically cropping the image using the crop marks on the artwork?

  In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, could you provide us with the following?
  
  

  1. Screenshots of the PDF with which you are experiencing the problem.
  2. Screenshots of how the PDF is displayed / pictures of how it is printed out.

  Maybe there is a way to restore the crop marks from the original artwork after importing the PDF?

  Hi again,

  I am still no closer to figuring this out. Please can someone tell me how I can import a full PDF artwork with crop marks without Bartender removing them?
