How to use REST API remotely to use other clients as well?

Hello I want to use the Bartender REST API to print to a printer, but I've run into a problem.
By the way, please understand that I am not good at English because I am not an English-speaking country.
After installing Bartender on my local, when I send http://my ip:5159/api/actions as a POST request, the printer prints fine,
but I am getting a 403 forbidden error when doing http://my ip:5159/api/actions on other clients.
How do I set the permissions so that other users can also use it?
Can I set it in the administration console?
I'm asking because I don't know how to do it.

  Hi. I have solved this issue. Maybe it will help someone.
  To enable remote access to the REST API, you need to change the setting in the application "C:\Program Files\Seagull\BarTender 2022\net5.0\appsettings" - "Remote access": { "Allowed": true }. Set the value to "true". After restarting the server, everything worked for me!
