Record select when linked to a database

I'm inheriting labels that are connected to a database. We have it connected to a Warehouse Management Software. Currently, the records are being brought in via the status of the orders in the WMS. Where would this be set up on the label? I checked the SQL script that is attached but I don't see anything in the script that points to the status.

  If you open one of the labels in BarTender you should be able to see the database information by clicking on the 5th icon along - The Database Connection Setup
