Have you tried enabling the correct sensor setting on the File>Print>Document Properties>Stock  page and see what that does?

    Hi Peter,

Thank you for the feedback. Currently we are printing labels from SAP > Virtual printer with seagull Print driver > ZEBRA printer. We send the job from SAP to the virtual printer with seagull driver installed and once it is processed it  sends the job back to the printer.  Our label size is 120*55MM. Physical label paper size is also the same. PFB the image of label we are trying to print and printed label.

When i try to modify the FO values and paste it in the labelary.com, i can see text is getting pushed down and displaying as expected. I am not sure if some option in the driver is controlling the FO values

I have question related to printer driver units currently it is in Inches. Should it be modified to mm. Will it make any difference?.

Changing the settings to MM from inches wont make a difference. The actual ZPL commands are sent down inches either way as that is what the printer wants and so the FO 0,39 actually equates to just over 1/10th of an inch (ie 39/300 for a 300dpi printer) .

I would still suggest enabling the label (gap) sensor in the printer driver, from the Printer Properties and see what that does and you could also try adjusting the Start Top adjust, such as:
