Issue Printing - Zebra GK420T
Hi,
I am trying to print from Bartender software using a Zebra GK420T Printer. When in the bartender software on print preview the text looks good but when printing the text is not as required. I am guessing this is because I have a blue margin to the left as you can see in the photos below, What do I need to do to address this problem? I assume there is something that can be done in the page set up settings....
Although regardless of the blue arrow to the left the first line on on my label isnt printing on the label at all as can be seen below,

I would suggest increasing the margin size on the left hand side of the label to make the blue area in the margin/unprintable area.
It looks like you also need to adjusting your sensor setting and or page size in relation to the height of the label. The sensor in the driver (File>Print>Document Properties>Stock>Media Type) should be set yo use the Gap/Transmissive/Web sensor. For your label sizes, the Page width should be the full width of the label including the backing whilst the height is just the height of the label. On the layout tab leave the top and bottom margins as zero and set the right hand margin as the width of the extra backing whilst the left hand side should be the width of the backing plus the width of the blue area as mentioned above.
