We are having an issue where we have Domino m230i printers that occasionally will start "Draining" labels randomly. Users will send 5 print jobs of the same label to a printer without issue but then on the 6th print job the printer buffer will properly fill with labels but we see the Windows queue on the print server also acting like it is actively printing out even if the printer is idle. We will see 50 labels sent from the queue over the course of a few minutes where it could take ~30 minutes under normal circumstances. We found that the fix for this is having to open up the labels in designer and re-saving them even if the label has worked perfectly fine for months/years. Has anyone come across this issue before? We know that the latest print settings (amount of labels/printer) are saved with the label every time a print job is sent. Is it possible that these are corrupting the revision in some sort of way?
