The activation server returned the following error
Activation denied. This product key code is Still activated on another computer you must first deactivate on that computer before you can activate on this one use the activation wizard on the other computer in order to deactivate it.
Have you moved the software multiple Times this maybe bumping against the soft limit of 3 activations. If that is the case give your areas seagull office a call and explain the situation to the sales department that is the only way to resolve the lesson error...

Issues related to BarTender Licensing and Activations such as these will need to go through our regular support channels. If you have a Maintenance & Support agreement active with us, then you can reach us via web-form, chat, or phone.
