We have one workstation using Bartender / Commander version is 10.1.SR4

I had created one task and If I tried to run it ; there is a message 

Action of commander edition automation or higher is required.

However here are the details of the License windows :

Edition: Professional

Version 10.1.SR4

Créé (created) 2961

Activation status : activated

Why I cannot run the task ?
