We offer technical assistance on currently supported versions of BarTender.

Available contact channels based on your support plan
  • Free Support plan customers are eligible for email support.
  • Standard Support plan customers are eligible for email, phone and chat support and a guaranteed first reply time response within 1 business day.
  • Premium Support plan customers are eligible for email, phone and chat support and a guaranteed first reply time of 2 hours (weekend and office closed coverage is offered for urgent request being initiated via email).
  • Where's my support number?

    Your support number can be found by going to Help > About in BarTender. It was also emailed to the person that purchased the license.

    Email works best when you have complex questions and don't need an immediate response.

    Calling us works best for troubleshooting complex issues that need immediate attention.
