We offer technical assistance on currently supported versions of BarTender.

Available contact channels based on your support plan
  • Customers without an active maintenance and support agreement are eligible for support guidance primarily via our Community Forums. Activation & License key issues are still covered via web-form.
  • Standard Support plan customers are eligible for web-form, phone and chat support and a guaranteed first reply time response within 1 business day.
  • Premium Support plan customers are eligible for web-form, phone and chat support and a guaranteed first reply time of 1 hours (weekend and office closed coverage is offered for urgent request being initiated via web-form).
  • Where's my support number?

    Your support number can be found by going to Help > About in BarTender. It was also emailed to the person that purchased the license.

    Web-Form

    Web-Form works best when you have complex questions and don't need an immediate response

    Active support plan required, except for activations and license key issues.

    Phone

    Calling us works best for troubleshooting complex issues that need immediate attention

    Chat

    Our chat tool has automatic translation, but works best for simple problems and questions
