Integration Builder 2016 - Print option overrides - Copies (Action Variable)
Hi
I get this error
This field is the problem
I'm using SQL Server and the connection is good. I've made a test database for testing. (different field types)
No matter which one I choose I get the same error?
I made a custom variable and that worked fine
I don't know what to try now?
Just for interest the "Named Data Sources" worked perfect to prove the connection works.

Quick question, did you type in the %copy% or use the Add Variable button to create the link?

Okay. Has the copies field on the saved label got a default value or 1 set? I have seen an error come up before where the copies has a default of zero and even though this is replaced later the process stops before it gets that far.
Have you tried making the copy variable a Named Data Source to see if that works?
If that is still not working set the Copies to 1 in the Integration and add the copy field somewhere on the label as a text field so you can see what is being pulled through for that value.

Thanks for the tips
Still driving me crazy
If I send the print number from the label it works as expect

Staring to wonder if it a software bug vs user error?
Or version incompatibility "SQL server 19" vs "Bartender 2016"

It should be compatible, according to this: https://support.seagullscientific.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4413930981399-SQl-Server-version-compatiblity, but maybe worth, if you are not already doing so, updating your 2016 to the last version (R9) and see if that changes anything.
Have you tried adding the Copy field as a field on the label itself to make sure there is nothing weird going on with the field data? If the data is correct link the the Copies to that field on the label rather than the Database field just to see what that does. You should be able to link it as Object Value data source connected the field with %copy% in it so the direct database link is taken out of the Copies value completely.
