Dont Have 72-hour SLS Connectivity Grace Period Enterprise Automation

Hello, pls help.

I have BarTender Enterprise Automation (3 printers) 11.0.1.3045

In my SLS i have 2 printers. Its work normally. But once i have connection problems with my SLS bar tender server. 

And on my two computers with two printers i dont have 72-hour SLS Connectivity Grace Period and i cant print until i solve connection problem. 

In future promlems can be again. Why i dont have 72 grace period???? 

Or I do not understand something.

  SLS connectivity grace period is 72 hours from last connected time, not from the time of the connection problem.
  If you haven't run BarTender for more than 72 hours, the SLS connectivity grace period won't work.

  Note that In default setup Integration doesn't start BarTender unless a print job requested.

  So, for example:

  If i use my Bartender but dont print, for example 20 hours, All this time there is no connection to servers???

  BarTender connects to license server at start, print and every 5 minutes. Once successful connection is made, it will able to print for 72 hours even no connection to the server.
