Hi,

I have recently installed bartender on a new machine, the Operating system is windows server 2016, this machine has multiple printers installed that are shared from a windows 2012 r2 print server.

However i cannot get print portal to see these printers, whenever i try to go into the "administration settings" of print portal to add the printers connected to this web server i get a message of "No printers are available on the web server to print to. You may need to restart the web application after installing new printers on the web server." however i know the printers are installed as i can see them in windows devices and also print to them from bartender designer. 

I have restarted the web application but this made no difference as well as restarting the machine.

Does anyone have any ideas?
