    I wonder if it could be a permissions type issue. Try adjusting the Print Scheduler Service so that it is not using the default Local System account but instead an account that has full network rights to devices/printers and folders

    HI Peter, i had read that and also tried that solution. but had no luck. in addition, i was able to run the BT designer app, and print the label out. 

    i have now gone back to 2021.. which works for most parts. the only issue i have with 2021.the size of the drop box does not stay the same and does not seem dynamic to view 20 characters
