Form field size mismatch
I have created a label with form in Bartender Designer and it works fine. When opening it with Print Station, the size of the fields and text labels in the form changes, and they cannot be seen.
In addition, when canceling the visualization, it indicates as an error 'Task reached max number of retries'
Some help, please.

I do remember coming across something like that a while back but I cannot remember what we did to get round it.
If you are using 2022 R5 you could try the use legacy forms tickbox to see what that does.
The 'Task reached max number of retries' is just an annoying message that appears when you cancel printing part way through a job.

Thanks Peter, for answering. I'm still in the 2019 R6 version... possibly a bug, but it's very uncomfortable and unpredictable, you only detect it when you implement it in Print Station, and depending on which stations, it works fine until it stops.
Do you know if you can update the releases (not year version) of the clients without doing it on the server?0 -
I seem to think when we cam across this it was an issue with the label itself. You could try adding a new form, and copy and paste all the parts from Form1 to Form2 and then delete Form1 and see if that does anything.
Yes, you can update the clients and not the server if you need to. R10 was the last release for 2019.
