iPad Printing Help
Hello all,
Is it possible to print directly from an iPad to an RFID printer (SATO CL6NX PLUS)?
We have installed the BarTender iOS app and it is connected to the printer, but when we try to print from an application on the iPad we cannot see the RFID printer as an option. How do we send print jobs from an iPad to the CL6NX PLUS w/ RIFD?

Our BarTender iOS app should have no issues printing to your RFID printer; however, there could be a number of issues preventing the app from reaching the printer. Are you using our Drivers by Seagull™? If not, we would recommend installing these and testing if the printer can be seen by the app. You can find the installer here.
Also, what BarTender version are you using to print? Our BarTender iOS app is only compatible with BarTender 2019 and before, so that could be an issue.

Hi Xabier,
We've set up a web service on BarTender and are able to print now from all devices using an HTTP request.
The only issue we have now is encoding RFID to the labels. Within the BarTender Designer app the "Encoders" menu displays the following error message:
"Encoders: None supported by the current printer"The designer app is able to print to the SATO CL6NX PLUS printer and the Drivers by Seagull have been installed, so I'm not sure why we are not able to access the Encoders objects for RFID. Any thoughts?
