BTXML ERROR: CANNOT FIND PRINTER
I was able to add my centralized shared network printer and add it to client side by follow in the instructions in Bartender article titled "Printer setup recommendations for optimal performance." I can connect to printer on client and print test pages.
The problem is that I get an error when printing from Print Station, as seen in the photo. I am wondering if I have to incorporate the Integration Builder btxml in order to utilize shared network printers, because if that isn't it I have no more ideas. I've been spinning my wheels for a week with this on my own. Knowing my luck, I am sure it must be some setting some where. The printer is a Datamax-O'Neil E-Class Mark III E-4305P. Please, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My understanding is that Designer uses the permissions allocated to the user logged into the PC whilst Print Station uses those of the Local System Account by default and that may not have sufficient rights and privileges to access and use network devices and files and this could be what the problem is.
You could try adjusting the account that the BarTender Print Scheduler service uses in the Services on the PC to an admin account and see what that does. If that works then you may nee to create a dedicated BarTender Service account that has full admin rights and a password that never changes and set the service to use that ID to run.
