There should be an option in the ODBC Connection that you can configure for Excel

thank you, I have solved the problem like that. i' ve decided to import my database to a Access database.

It takes 2 minutes to open Data entry form at printing. I'm looking to reduce that time.

I'm wondering that, Is there a speed difference between oledb version 12.0 oledb version 16.0?

and I'm using 'Database at the same folder option' .  Should I save my access database to server, can I obtain less workload with that move?

In which direction should I mgo?

If you are just adding some of the printed data to the database have you thought about just using the log setup from the Administer menu and log the specific fields to a text data file instead?
