Hi. I have a site where the printer count (7 licensed) was exceeded for more than 30 days and I did not know as the customer had not used that function and printer for more than 30 days. Infact the printer that I need was not used but some other printers were tested and also because of network naming. Now I cannot deny access to other printers so that this one can be part of the 7 licensed printers. Besides waiting 7 days, is there any other way to speed up this process?
