Hi, printing from Bartender a 150mm long page (100mm wide) in continuous mode, and its coming out 147.5mm between labels and the image (which is set to full page length) is only 144mm long so we end up with a 6mm gap between labels. Its going to a TSC 644pro printer, anyone had a similar experience? It looks like a distortion of some kind, tried every setting, does not make any difference, when I print at 50mm long labels the error is exactly in proportion so we end up with a 2mm gap. Any advice/help appreciated.
