Printer Not Found when printing from integration
I am setting up an integration to print for every new record written to a database table. I can print the label format to the printer PRT20 from the designer without issue. I can print a test page to PRT20 from print control. When I attempt to print through the integration (in Test mode), I get the message that the label was sent to the printer, then I get an error message that PRT20 could not be found.
I have changed the user account from the default Inherit to a system admin user.
Any help is appreciated.

I would suggest adjusting the account that the BarTender Print Scheduler service uses to an account with admin rights.
My understanding is that Designer uses the user credentials to access devices and locations whilst an Integration uses the permissions granted by the account that runs the Print Scheduler service which by default is the Local System account on a PC/Server and this will often not have sufficient rights to access network resources.

I did try this as I've run into this before. We put in the user profile of the Sys Admin, the same person that was able to print the label from everyplace else.

Not sure then. I assume you are running the Integration on the same PC/server that you can print to the printer from Designer from and that the security settings in the printer driver are sufficient to grant those users full access.
You could check out History Explorer and see if any more information is being logged about the error to see if that gives you any more clues as to the issue.
EDIT: just a thought, are you including the name of the printer in the data string or set directly in the Integration? if the former you may need to include the path for the printer if it shared etc

Has the problem been resolved? We have the same issue:
We are able to print labels directly form Bartender Designer and print Bartender Processes to - all 3 printers work great. But when we try to create Database integration with our ERP system - there is always problem with printers. "Printer not found"
We import datas about printing form labels.0 -
Hello,
If your integration is giving you issues printing to any network printers, please try specifying admin credentials in the integration file. This account should be a local admin with domain level access.
