    Are you using BarTender 2022? If so, we are aware of a bug currently which has this same symptom you are experiencing. To work around this issue, we kindly request you try enabling a specific option in Print Station. Here's how you can do it:

    Please check if enabling this option makes any difference in resolving the problem you are experiencing.

    If enabling the option doesn't solve the issue, we apologize for the inconvenience. The only remaining alternative, aside from installing the drivers locally, is to create an account on the BarTender Print Scheduler service that fulfills the following requirements:

    • The account should have local administrator privileges.
    • It should have the necessary permissions to print to the specific printer you are using.

    The fix is included in the link 'How to Enable Legacy Data Entry Forms in BarTender 2022 Print Station' in the above solution
    With the checkbox this was sorted.

    Hi, got the same error and after enabling Legacy Support the preview works and the message says that the printout was successful, but the error-message appeared again - any other things to concern?
