Random label "scrunching" to one side of the label
We have a random issue where our 4x6 labels that are printing via an integration to our zebra 170xi4 300dpi (driver version 5.1.16.7117) units are causing all labels the push to the right hand side of the label. The only known fix that this point is a restart of the print server. I've verified the print width and length on the printers are at 1200x1800, the stock sizes in both locations in printer settings are at 4x6 and that it's set to use driver settings not printer.
This started after the installation of a new 170xi4 300dpi. Firmware version on the printer is a match to the existing printers and we've verified the driver installed matches the existing. The print these labels consistently through out the day, upwards of 100-200 per day across these 2 different printers. There are no errors on the integration and we've reprinted the last 10-20 labels trying recreate the issue without success. Any thoughts?

Hello Logan,
Welcome to the BarTender Community!Based on the information provided, using the Drivers by Seagull™ can often resolve compatibility issues and improve overall performance. If you are not currently using Drivers by Seagull™, we suggest giving them a try.
Drivers by Seagull™ provide enhanced functionality and reliable performance for various printer models, including Zebra printers. They offer extensive features and settings that can help ensure accurate label positioning and consistent printing results. You can download the latest drivers from the official Seagull Scientific website.
Before installing the new drivers, we recommend uninstalling the existing Zebra drivers from your print server and then performing a clean installation of the Drivers by Seagull. Once installed, make sure to configure the print settings according to your requirements, including the label dimensions (4x6) and using driver settings instead of printer settings.
If the issue persists after trying the Drivers by Seagull, please provide us with additional details about your integration and any error messages you might be receiving. This will help us further investigate the matter and provide you with a more accurate solution.
Thank you.0
