I take it you want to change a date field to a previous date. I think changing the PC date will mess up the licencing and so a better and simpler way to achieve this would be to link the date field via either a Date Picker or Month Calendar (as shown below) on a Data Entry Form

Hello Freddie,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with Bartender 2022 Enterprise and error message #1403. While I understand that you're looking to backdate your label by changing the date on your computer, the error you're encountering indicates that the license server requires the current date for its time clock.
I recommend following the instructions provided in the article "Error message #1403: The license server has returned an invalid license status". This article provides detailed steps to troubleshoot and resolve the license server error.
If you continue to experience difficulties or have further questions, we would recommend reaching out to us via our Get Support page. We will be able to provide you with personalized assistance to help you resolve the issue and get your labeling tasks back on track.
Thank you.

hi guys,
i have 3 different field in the label that link into datasource, im able to create a date picker and link it to the production date, this is the issue, when i backdate using the date picker, it only change one field because it can only link to the one, thats why the rest of the would stay on same date. is there any possible way to just change the date on the pc would be easier?0 -
Unfortunately, not at this moment; modifying the date on a PC can be used to bypass license restrictions. If you change the date, BarTender will detect the change and start displaying the 1403 Error message.

You can link all the fields to the one input/date such as on here
To do this I linked the chosen date field to the Date Picker on the Data Entry Form and then linked all the other fields to it by making them Object Value fields and selecting the chosen date field (Text 1 in my sample) for example:

Print Portal wont pick up changes to the labels until you use the Refresh button.

Not sure if this has crossed with my earlier post but as long as the label is in the correct folder for Print Portal and that has been refreshed then there should not be an issue (I have just tested it on mine 2022 R5 Enterprise) and it works correctly.
The only none default setting I use in Print Station is the Administrative Setup>Advanced and Use Legacy Forms option. Again mine works after a refresh.

ok so the folder for the print portal are located in c:inetpub:webroot:bartender2022:template, so thats folder for print portal, if theres anychance that is not printing the choose date from date picker, im assuming the software needs to be reinstall or repair, i have refresh and refresh over and over again still
printing current date? i have another solutions is to removed label folder then put it back ok again from print portal0 -

I have tested with both a Date Picker and a Month Calendar and they both work on my system,
The labels are saved in the usual place for Print Portal but in a sub-folder rather the main folder.
The only other setting I can think of is for the Transforms>Offset that you have ticked to apply this after the Data Entry

Although Print Station and Print Portal look the same they are very different bits of software and the latter is limited to the IIS webprint requirements/settings and for this the labels need to be located in a specific location/set of folders. With Print Station this is not the case and you can specify the labels/folder location as required.

yeah youre right Peter Thane, the print station and print portal has different file locations, therefore prints portal has a default file folder which is located in inetpub from C:drive, but im thinking if i can find the bat file config or settings from that folder, we should be able to modify the notepad and change the directions into desire file locations, the questions is where about is that webroot folder bat file?

Print Portal uses IIS_Webprint protocol and the App Pools specifies the folder location. Not a clue if it is possible if you can change this or if so how you would.

Hi mate, it should be possible, we just need to find the bat file and control it from there, i have another issue, how can i get the record browser prompt when printing without creating a record picker from data entry form? is it from filter and query prompt?

You need to change the queried records selection on the File>Print screen to access this
