Print Station does not update serial.
I am upgrading to BarTender Print Station 2022 R5 11.3/197999 (64-bit).
In the old version, I could use Print Station perfectly with the serial number label in the network folder, but in the new version, Print Station does not update the serial number on the label, but it updates correctly when the label is in a local folder.
All permissions are correct.
Please help me, we have 10,000 duplicate serial numbers.

You may want to check the settings as they should be set to
Has the "user" account that is running Print Station (which will be the Local System account on the PC by default) have permissions to write to the network folder? It maybe you need to adjust the account for the BarTender Print Scheduler service to use a different account that has the write permissions.

I am testing with a local administrator account and full permission on the network folder.
The configuration is correct.
Can you think of anything else?

Not the user account you are logged in with but the user account that is running the BarTender Print Scheduler Service.
Prior to 2022 Print Station would use the permissions etc of the user account that is logged into the PC at the time, however, as Print Station now is very similar in design and performance to Print Portal the user account permissions are taken from the account running the above service and by default that is a local system account and so often will not have full network rights and so that could be the problem. You could test this quite simply by setting the amending the user account for the service to the one you are logging in with and see after a restart of the service and Print Station if that resolves it. If it does you may need to create a dedicated BarTender user account perhaps to prevent this from happening again.

I use an account with full permission on network folder for BarTender Print Scheduler Service. However doesn't update the serial number on the label.

Resolved! This bug is fixed in the version 2022 R6 released in July.
