BLACK ON WHITE TEXT in database field

Hello,

I want to use the option of BLACK ON WHITE TEXT in Bartender. I have connected my data with the excel file.

Different size names are mentioned in a horizontal line. I want it to match the EAN code with respective size and apply BLACK ON WHITE only on the particular size name. How is that possible?

  You could probably add some Document Level VB script to format the letters as an when required, but this maybe simpler:

  • Add a separate template with just the required letters set in white on black
  • Give each template a different Conditional Printing command (Print When.....)  to print the appropriate template as required

  In the image below the red Large does not need to be printed , it could be a field in the database that is referenced or else off the printed area, but whatever is entered in that field controls which letters are white on black (I also made the text objects <SPACE> L <SPACE> to make the black are more pronounced)
