    Welcome to the BarTender Community!

    Issues related to BarTender Licensing and Activations such as these will need to go through our regular support channels. If you have a Maintenance & Support agreement active with us, then you can reach us via web-form, chat, or phone. If not, we still have some regular support channels available to you, such as the web-form.

    In order to access support, go to our Get Support page and enter your Support Number, this will automatically check your support status and provide you with links to your available lines of support. Also, please be sure to have your BarTender Support Number with you ready when you reach us as our technicians will have to check on your license and see what the status is from our side.

    thanks for your supporting, but all i have now is this document. I lost activation code so i can't login to software to get Support Number

    If you reach us directly perhaps we can get you in touch with the BarTender reseller who sold you the license (we might also have it in our system if you or someone else from your company logged a ticket with us in the past), this way you could potentially recover your license's details.

    Having said this, since this is an open forum, we would recommend reaching us via this link (our web-form option should let you reach us even if you don't have your licensing information with you), as you will have to provide us with details regarding your company, etc.

    Web-form also required support number. Could you please check for our company's license details with the purchase order No: 1251 024634 ; Sales order: 624788.  End user: Canadian Solar Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd
