    BarTender is thinking it is two separate printers and so if you may need some assistance from Seagull Tech Support directly to clear off the printer list so you can enable the change. Click on the Submit a Report above for help with this

    Did you ever get anywhere with this?  I had this before and had to contact them.  This time its been a couple of days and no response.  We are a Seagull partner too, so its frustrating. I have 5 printers connected to this computer so if you accidentally click the wrong printer you're stuck.  I wish they would change the licensing back to 1 license per computer ; this 1 license per printer makes no sense at all!

    If you have had this before and the users are still choosing the incorrect device then it may be better to look at the configuration of your BarTender to prevent this occurring in the future. There is an option to "prevent all usage..." for each printer on a PC/server in the Administration Console and Printers section, but with a lot of printers on the PC then this could take a while to configure and so prior to looking at this you could create a couple of Printer Groups in Administration Console>Licencing >Printer Usage one which has just the allowed printers in and the other which contains every other device and make them blocked. You would only need to configure the Groups on the device that holds the licence but this would prevent all the users from printing to a "non licenced" printer driver.
