Issue With 'Preview of Template' on Print Portal
Hi all,
Just setting up BT as our new system and come across some strange behavior on Print Portal.
When printing a label on Print Portal, the 'Preview of Template' image on the data entry form does not show the whole label correctly.
On the label there are two images which are loaded via 'get file name from database field'.
It has several logos to choose from (BMP files), but only one of the images ever shows on the 'Preview of Template', regardless of what is in the database field.
When it comes to printing the label however, the correct image is loaded in the Print Preview page in Print portal.
Further to this, when navigating the data entry form in the Bartender Designer program's print preview, the image updates correctly when scrolling through the data entry form. This result is only ever seen in the Print Portal.
As this will be used by operators, I need to solve the issue, as it is bound to cause confusion. Has anyone seen anything like this before?

I remember seeing something like this a while ago and this could have been with either 2019 or 2021 as it I am not getting an issue now (2022 R7). At one point I seem to think there was a show legacy forms tickbox or similar in the Admin Setup in Print Portal and you could see if that is there and if that works.
I cant remember how we got round this possibly by training the users to choose Preview rather than print and then fill in the Data Entry Form (having removed the Preview of Template) and got them to print from there or else we may have tried adding a second Data Entry Form and having the Preview of Template on there, but I am no longer sure which it was or if we did something else
