Problem with excel database
Hello, the problem that I'm having it's that I have a management system (it's used to register all the sales and stock) this system generates a excel file with the numer of the barcode, price and description of the products that I sell. I have genereted the label and printed once and it worked.
But when I add products to my system and I generate a new excel file with new products on it, and I do the conection on BarTender. The fields that used to work and take the information from the excel file, are not working anymore, but nothing have changed in that excel, (the columns and rows are the same) except the fact that I added new products, so I don't understand what's going on.
this is what it look like the problem, it shows the sample data, you can see that in the number of the barcode it's 12345678. Instead of Nombre (Name) it should say the product's name.
I really hope you can help me, cause I don't know what to do. If you need more photos or more explanation I would do it gladly.

I assume the name and location and layout of the spreadsheet is identical and there are no blank lines at the top of the new file etc.
Once you have used the Database Connection Setup, if you click the Record Browser does the data appear in the tab?
You could also try to relink the fields on the label to the correct database field and see if that helps.
Are you using a record picker on a Data Entry Form? I have come across previously where the picker still thinks it is linked to the old table and so all the records shown are blank and so you may need to delete and re-add the picker if this is the case.
