Consolidating data from multiple system databases

We have multiple sites with their own local BarTender 2022 Enterprise installations and one central licence server.

We want to regularly monitor the number of print jobs per site and printer automatically to provide planning and financial information centrally.

Is there a defined method of extracting statistics from the central licence server or the local system database? Custom reports in the History Explorer only allow grouping the individual records, but I want a list of, for instance, number of print jobs per server, printer, document and date.

I could, of course, attack the system database directly and read the data, but my queries might break with every update. It would be nice to have a set of pre-defined reporting views in the database.

  I cannot see how Librarian would help me create a consolidated report with the information I outlined in my original post. Especially across multiple (up to 35) sites. But as a temporary measure I can create my own custom reports and might submit an enhancement request.
