TSC DA220 keeps losing settings
We got several TSC DA220 printers that randomly loses the printing settings and paper size that is selected for them. This started to happen first maybe once a month but have slowly increased and is now happening daily. I tried to update the drivers but don't seems to work, not sure if anyone got any other recommendations to why this might happen?
The printers that this happens to are scatered out over several computers.

When dealing with settings being persistently lost between print jobs, we would recommend the following actions:- Are you using our Drivers by Seagull™ printer drivers? If not, we would suggest installing these and giving them a try. You can find our drivers for TSC printers here.
- If the printers are connected to a network, ensure there are no network issues causing communication problems between the computers and the printers. Consider checking cables, network configurations, and resetting network settings on the printers.
- If the printers are connected via USB, try using different USB ports on the computers. Also, consider replacing USB cables to rule out any physical connection issues.
