Label calibration issue with ZD621 and Z-Ultimate 4000T CLEAR
I've got a ZD621 loaded with Z-Ultimate 4000T Clear labels and 74943 Image Lock ribbon and I have the most recent printer driver (2023.4) by Seagull Scientific installed.
From what I understand - the printer is supposed to identify/calibrate by label GAP but I can't find that as an option? I have print method set as Thermal Transfer, Media Type as Non-continuous (Web sensing)
When I print, the first label is printed (but not aligned properly) followed by more than 5 blank labels and then the printer stops and blinks "media out".
The printer calibrates/sets label length properly when triggered from the printer and I can feed labels and it stops at correct position but the second I send labels from the "Designer" - it all goes sideways :(
Any suggestions?

Web-sensing is the gap sensing option. If you can calibrate and feed the correct labels before you send a print job down then I would suggest you disable the media type and sensor settings in the driver and leave the printer to control these:
Not sure if this option exists if you are using the ZDesigner driver if you are using one of those
(I haven't got a 621 installed but all the Zebra Seagull drivers are almost identical in layout)
