Using Excel Data - Selecting Print Quantity

Hi All,

I have recently set up a template to pull data straight out of an excel spreadsheet ! All is working fine except ....

Some lines of the excel spread sheet require printing more than once, I have a column called QTY for this, but I cannot find a option in bartender to let bartender know this ammount is quantity.

Any one know how I can get this sorted?

Please see below sample data from excel:

Product code QTY Special RRP
W100/8 2.000 2.190 9.95
W100/8 2.000 2.190 9.95
W105/8 1.000 2.190 9.95
W301/8 1.000 2.970 11.95
W300/8 1.000 2.970 11.95

  Are you using Version 10?
  
  
  If you have gotten the Excel sheet connected to BarTender, there is just one more step to setting the print quantity to link to it. Bring up your print dialog by pressing CTRL+P or File > Print. Now, click the small wizard button next to the number of copies to print. [attachment=240:1.jpg]
  
  This will bring up a second screen, which will allow you to change the source of the quantity to a database field. [attachment=241:2.jpg]

  nRyder's solution only works for BarTender 10.0.
  
  If anyone is using an earlier version, the process is similar:
  
  Select Print. Select Options next to Identical Copies of Label [attachment=244:PrintDialog.png]. Choose Set by Data Source [attachment=245:ModifyCopies.png] and choose the Data Source tab. Select Database Field and the column containing your quantity [attachment=246:ModifyCopies2.png].
